A shapely silhouette is revealed in a textured two-tone weave. Protagonist designer Kate Wendelborn refines the v-neck pullover in a lightweight “Japanese Wave” knit, with undulating blue and black fibers that blend into an inky cobalt. Pulsing with depth, the exotic fabric sets off thoughtful nuances such as a drop shoulder, angled side seams, and a curved front hem that dips lower in back. “There’s a rebellion that comes out in the intention of the cut,” says Wendelborn, pointing to the pullover’s distinguishing—and unconventional—details. “It’s slightly longer than you would typically cut. The v-neck dips a bit deeper.”
