Harvested from the gold-lipped oyster (Pinctada maxima) and the black-lipped oyster (Pinctada margaritifera) of the South Pacific, the organic and resilient material is ideal for caviar, as it won’t react with the precious eggs and alter their taste. The shallow, rounded bowl sits on a polished chrome-plated stand that fits inside the accompanying crystal ice bowl.
