“My products are a combination of ethics and aesthetics,” says Max Poglia. “I create objects that I can use every day.” Among them is this utility knife created especially for The Line. Hand-drawn and hand-forged from repurposed steel in Poglia’s workshop in southern Brazil, the blade has a unique finish that grows more interesting with the patina of time and use. The bone handle is accented and finished with solid brass, and the blade is protected by a handmade leather sheath.
