Introducing The Line 360:
Meet Nadia, Director

“I was in thrust into fashion out of the womb,” says Nadia, who grew up helping her mother to run her Michigan bridal shop. She went on to work with some of the world’s top fashion houses, including Celine, Lanvin, Chloe, and Prada, accumulating experience ranging from fashion show production to red-carpet styling. “Dressing a client to feel beautiful inside and out is a passion,” she says. “Now, as director of The Line 360, I am able to support my phenomenal team to excel in delivering the intimate, personal experience that The Line was created to offer.”
With a keen eye for emerging designers, Nadia counts Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock of Brock Collection among her current favorites. “They have mastered the art of femininity, with a touch of the masculine,” she says of the 2016 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund winners. “Their fabrications are expertly sourced and applied with such ease.” Another constant inspiration is the late Alexander McQueen (“an artist in every sense of the word”) and the work of Hans Wegner. “From his famous Wishbone chair to his iconic Shell chair, Wegner’s beautiful designs will be in homes forever.”

When asked to select a dream gift from The Line, she doesn’t hesitate, immediately pointing to a 1944 Manuel Álvarez Bravo photograph of Frida Kahlo standing among Picasso canvases at Mexico City’s Museo de Arte Moderno. “This particular piece is extraordinary in that it gives art lovers a glimpse of Kahlo in front of the camera,” she says. “Álvarez Bravo captures a vulnerability and trust with her that is mesmerizing.”
